Description: Both cruises begin with a pickup at the Balmaceda airport near Coyhaique, in the heart of Patagonia.  A two hour transfer will bring you to Puerto Chacabuco to board the Skorpios I and begin cruising through the channels.  Densely forest islands and channels lead to the glacial wall of the Laguna San Rafael National Park where you will take boat rides (weather permitting) among the icebergs.  On the return you'll visit the Quitralco Thermal springs for a hot water soak in a stunning setting.

DAY 2     Docked at Quitralco pier, passengers can take thermal baths in indoor and/or outdoor pools, do excursions in motorboats around the fjord, walk the virgin forest and take optional fishing tours (must have equipment).  Lunch at the Fogon Criollo with a barbacue of assorted meat.
 

Day 4-  09:00 enter San Rafael Laguna via the Iceberg (Tempanos) River Channel, anchoring two kms from the glacier.  Excursions are done in "Hercules" motorboats among the multicolored icebergs.  Traditional whisky with thousand year old ice offered. Evening departure from the Laguna. 
 

Day 5-    06:00 dock at Puerto Chacabuco pier for 07:00 breakfast and 08:00 transfer to Balmaceda airport.  (Flights should be arranged for after 11:15)
