Day 2:  Breakfast and departure by 11:00 AM towards indigenous community of Lilche where you will partake in a traditional lunch in a 50 year old "ruca" (native home).  This offers a unique opportunity to experience the native culture- something not possible except accompanied by the neighbors from the Buenos Aires ranch.  You'll arrive back to the ranch by 17:00 for tea time & cakes before your transfer to Temuco.

Day 1: Early departure from Temuco towards Porma, a tiny village on the Pacific coast of Chile's IX Region.  By 11:00 we'll be riding along beaches towards Puaucho.  We'll ride endless beautiful beaches and up and down hills while never leaving the immesity of the Pacific.  Late arrival at our campsite for dinner and a quiet night oceanside.

Day 2:  Breakfast next to the breaking waves.  A vast variety of ocean and coastal birds will accompany us.  10:00 departure in the saddle again towards Puerto Saavedra.  Lunch en route and evening at the Boca-Budi Inn.

Day 3:  Breakfast at the Inn followed by a ride nearby to Budi Lake- famous for its black necked swans (in season).  Late lunch at the Inn and a departure towards Temuco, arriving approx. 18:00.

Day 1:  Early departure from Temuco to Malalco (which means "corral of water"), located on the shore of the Maichín River.  It is a lovely crystal clear river that formed from the snows that fall on the highest Andean peaks of the region.  We'll have lunch and ride the river bank, ascending into the mountains until we arrive at a precious lake surrounded by araucaria (Monkey Puzzle) trees.  We'll camp & have dinner on the lake shore.

Day 2: :  We'll have breakfast and then the morning free to enjoy the lake and its surroundings.  We'll continue up the valley, riding through forests and across fields until we come to a lovely cabin and a traditional barbacue awaiting us.

Day 3:: After a country breakfast we'll take a ride around the area, visiting an impressive 70 meter (220 ft) waterfall that is sacred to the local Mapuche Indians.  We'll have lunch in Malalco and return to Pucon or Temuco by 17:00.
